7 years i stayed in Bangalore I can say easily it's the worst city to stay. If you want a good life at reasonable cost ...or if even if you pay high u will not get good roads infra good water good food nothing.... Only stay if you want to become a robot and work there...will suggest you only for work

Those who are coming to city for work, look out in South side of the city. You do get for 15-18K, 2 BHK and 10-12K 1 BHK houses in well maintained localities in Banashankari/Kanakapura road area. Old areas of the city, no drainage issues nor water issues. Also, deposits are 5 months advance, not 10 months, negotiate with owners.

Brother, I will tell you never ever skip a broker and meet directly the owner to finalize the flat. The broker and owner has very good relationship from years. So, most of the owners trust broker than tenant. If any broker has shown you the house then always go through him only. You can negotiate the brokerage later

Really informative video. I have few points to make 1. No broker is the worst app for house hunting I have ever used when it comes to bangalore. I have taken their paid service in which they share 50 leads in 45days. They shared only 2-3 leads in 1week and this was really disappointing 2. I am new in the city, I might be wrong also. I am sharing as per my experience. Fruits and vegetables from Amazon are really inexpensive and good in quality as compare to local market. Anyways one should not compare prices from tier2 Or tier3 cities. 3. I completely agree about the local auto drivers, they really charge very high for short distance. Anurag I really appreciate your efforts to make this informative video. Request you to please make a video about public transport in bangalore.

Hello, I agree with your point 1 and 2 . But not with point 3, you can get fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers(they bring in bulk in a small carrier vehicle) and not from vegetable shops. It will be cheaper and better quality. Try to get the local sourced and seasonal vegetables, which are always better.

I work in PSU and do not have to pay for my monthly flat rent, however 6 month deposit was literally pain. Most cities in India asks for 1-2 months rent as deposits but here it's min 6 months. Fortune enough 6 months rent deposit our PSU paid. It's better to buy a Bike or Scooty as daily Commute.
