If sega were to make dark sonic ingame I'd say instead of getting negative energy emeralds I'd say sonic must get 7 dark emeralds instead,dark sonic should not be used alot,to use dark sonic instead of 50 rings he must fill up a rage bar instead. (Imo I think dark sonic should be more powerful than super sonic but have worse consequences to using dark sonic than super sonic)

Perhaps once the rage runs out Sonic is slowed temporarily because hes burnt out And the rage bar fills up slower or quicker Or slower Slower Because hes to tired to get angry easily Or quicker Because the rage persists and grows via energy Rings could act as a fuel source Or destroying badniks each time And the slowness goes up each time Because hes getting more and more tired each time he goes dark Until the form is restricted because now he can't bear it anymore

@@curbyourenthusiasm9874 And perhaps have the laugh dark sonic is associated with once he goes dark And heres another idea Have aura be wild and uncontrolled but not explosively wild and vicious like fleetway Also the spin dash could do double damage but is harder to land And when jumping If there's a enemy next to you Perhaps have him destroy it in a flash that blackens the screen like hyper but it momentarily fills the bar As if the rage is fighting to stay there Which has dark sonic move on his own for a few moments The rage taking control from you as you watch him do what it wants You can have his drop dash be a punch that creates a explosion of negative energy that destroys any enemy nearby At a cost of leaving you wide open afterwards Have The. Running/flying animation Be like a boost dash that creates a field that destroys anything ahead of you while increasing the bar further But you cant stop until you run into a wall Rather then invincible He can't be knocked back And the bar. Acts as he life With each hit It drains until empty Causing two things Death Or it has sonic collapse for 2 minutes
