33:41 Yes, the cap is at 50 dex, although you’re better off allocating those stats to vitality, endurance, or vigor and instead just using the saint tree belive or sages ring for the casting speed instead for pure sorcerer.

Dexterity DOES increase your cast speed! The Sage Ring makes you cast faster by increasing your 'virtual dexterity'. Sage Ring (+0) increases your virtual dexterity by 30, meaning that you reach max cast speed with it once you have 20 dexterity if you use the ring.

Also to note, if you want to save a ring slot and some points in dex, you can off-hand the Saint Tree Bellvine chime, or the Witchtree Branch staff. As both give +99 virtual dex (only affects casting speed)

Dex does affect casting speed, but with the +0 Sage's Ring you only need 20 dex to hit the casting cap. So you would have been better off leveling Int to 60, since that's the final softcap for the Court Sorcerer's Staff.
