You know you can just walk to the bottom of the great hollow right?. You don't need to go jumping around since it's essentially a big spiral. There's even 2 ladders at the end that you can slide all the way to the bottom.

In early version of dark souls you could run "constant" hyper mode by cursing yourself multiple times without having to use up a ring slot. In remaster its posible with base vitality one curse and dusk ring. Your hp will be so low that leroys shield will be able to regen power within

You’re so crazy for this run, I doubt I could pull this off and then on TOP of that, edit and create a video for KZbin. With an amazing script with shit like “volcanic glass cannon” and “not as tall as a skyscraper but she still has height advantage” how are you able to bring a quip about Godzilla back into the actual gameplay so smoothly? i have a challenge for you. elden ring. all bosses. you are not allowed to run past enemies, you must kill everything you come across, and pick up any treasures you see. whenever you get something new, it replaces whatever you had in that slot. optional: talismans too. or for your sanity, you can wear whatever talismans you like. also optional: if you get a new ash of war, and it fits on whatever weapon you're using, gotta throw it on it. (when next you get to a grace.)

Skill issue is no excuse bro, my sister hates those exact types of bosses (her most hated boss is ociros lmao) and she managed to kill Midir as well. You can do it, it just needs an optimised (Recomend black knight halberd)build, strategising and willpower! Oh and you MUST always stay in front of him so you can see anything and deal any damage. Get your butt out there! Oh and as for Kalameet, just darkbead his ass he is anoying af. Was not worth fighting him fair lmao

The hitboxes on the Taurus Demon aren't technically "lingering" they're just incredibly random and some hitboxes just get much bigger at the end of the animation for some reason. ☝️🤓

That is in fact true. There's a video called "Dark Souls Frame Data Is A Beautiful Mess" which shows some of the janky hitboxes in this game, like on centipede demon and especially the worst offender titanite demon. But it also includes taurus demon and yes basically the hitbox is larger than it should be and apparently the AOE of the aftershock is mistimed. so technically it doesn't literally linger but is just not active at the right frames to begin with, on top of being too big in the first place.

The egg parasite you get gives your character a unique kicking attack that does damage. That would be an interesting challenge run.

The parasite takes a cut of your souls too I believe even when it matures. I swear I was farming for a run with it on my head but the souls were not nearly as plentiful.

​@@alextapia8798 it takes like a flat 10 or 20% yeah but the attack it has can stagger any enemy in the game with 1 or 2 hits. If it takes more than 2 'garry' attacks as I name him, you are attacking a enemy or boss that cannot be poise broken/staggered out of a attack.

There's a cool soul farm in Great Hollow that I think could have helped with repair powders before Taurus Demon. If you rest at the bonfire, go up the ladder, run up for 4-5 seconds then jump back down to rest at the bonfire again. You get 400 souls out of nowhere; likely an enemy falling to their death after the ground they're standing on despawns.
