God you're quite underrated, might not agree with you but damn you did a great job in making this video.

I know a lot of people play these games like this, but it just blows my mind (running from one boss fight to the next). These games are amazing, but so many people could care less about anything but the bosses (he literally says something similar in this video). These games have such amazing, interconnected worlds, with great exploration, interesting puzzle solving and awesome storytelling. Getting from boss to boss is as fun or more fun than the boss fight itself. I feel like these people are cheating themselves out of half of the game.

Ashes of Ariandel is the worst souls like expensive I've ever had. The dlc is tiny but it contains more enemies then whole original game. I constantly had to check walkthrough because I was supposed to figure out that you need to hit the bridge so it turns into a ladder, a main quest object is hidden behind an invisible wall. There're only 2 bosses, the first is boring af and the second is multiple enemies, 5 phases, 10 types of damage, 100 different moves, gimmick crap. I yet to beat the second dlc and at least it has a positive review score so I have hope

I see what you mean bro there are so many annoying filler parts and enemies that were so boring to deal with. I personally did enjoy the sister friede boss fight but I get how some could not like it. Second dlc bosses are great you should def try it out bro I think you’d like it. Appreciate you sharing your opinion and watching the vid!

@@omzyno no, man, I don't like the ds3 DLCs at all. The beauty of Dark Souls games is they're not difficult for the sake of being difficult. But the DLCs are. I was dealing with one ambush after another, made it to the stairs where 3 giant 4000 hp fucks went on me, I lured them out one at a time and killed, went down and there were another 3. What is this? I killed them too. Then a new nicely designed mob that stuck curse on you just by existing ambushed me. I killed him, took a few steps and there's another one hanging on the edge. Before he climbed I was already dead and had to do all that shit again. I'm just tired and don't want to play the game anymore. The DLCs ruined DS3 for me straight up
@omzyno10 ай бұрын
@@sgtSerGUNtlol that’s funny bro I def get what you mean. I do agree with you on the fact that they made the DLCs so much more annoying and packed with extra enemies just to make the content last longer. I liked the bosses a lot but getting to the bosses is a different story that was a nightmare fr lol.

title true asf gameplay u look kinda very overleveled tho even for ng+, no one hits for that to gael lol he's supossed to be giga tanky and he lookin like base game boss hp. I imagine it's some 99str shenanigans

yeah bro you’re right, I did realize that too my guy is super op and i’ve only beat the game once on ng+. I did just spam strength upgrades though so that’s probably what it is lol.

Ashes of ariandel is the worst dlc ever made by fromsoftware and one of the worst areas in ds3. The only area worse is farronkeep and catacombs of carthus
@OrbeckofVinheim10 ай бұрын
Would like to hear an elaboration on this
@m00nbutter710 ай бұрын
@@OrbeckofVinheim i mean… what is there to elaborate? It has some cool features, like 6 new enemy types, cool weapons, but, what else? Level design wise it is pretty boring…. Very open and not very intricate, 1 boring boss, and 1 decent boss. Nothing else. Maybe it was an overreaction to say one of the worst areas…. But I still believe it is one of the worst dlcs
@OrbeckofVinheim10 ай бұрын
@@m00nbutter7 I do agree that that content quantity wise it was less impressive than most of the other souls dlcs. But I think ashes of ariendel had good environmental story telling with the rot and the corvians, even giving us an origin for pontiff. Javelin, rose, and scythe had there niche place in pvp, everybody loved the millwood armor. And personally I enjoyed the bridge ledge that circled back all the way around to the chapel. Felt like a longer version of Ariamis. You can knock out the whole dlc in 2 hours if you know what you’re doing tho, which would be my main problem, just too short.

where is midir at?
@GamerBob12310 ай бұрын
First you gotta do his first encounter on a bridge (Don't remember where) then you take the lift at the ringed inner wall bonfire, halfway down said lift there is an opening in the wall, go through take a left and you`ll come to a smalll room with statues', iirc there is a statue knight without a sword, thats an illusionary wall, then you go through swipe any other walls untill you arrive at a ladder, take it and you''ll arrive at Midirs (Hope this helped!)
