So I'm just over an hour in. This guy is running around with 100k+ souls and the desire to change his ashen estus into normal estus, but he refuses to go back to Firelink Shrine. He has never seen the Great Swamp Ring. He keep expecting the Abyss Watchers to enter phase 2 at the mid point in their health bar. He has never opened the chest with the Reversal Ring. He talks about how bosses can't replace normal enemies while the Archdeacon is on his screen replacing a normal hollow. All of this but he's actually insanely good at the game itself. Old demon king fight (substituted with the ice wolf from the dlc fight): old demon king is defeated and just sits there swinging before doing his suicide explosion when his health gets super low. Great stream man. Btw the dmg and health of the enemies doesn't depend on what they are originally but the fog randomizer makes it scale more or less depending on where you are. Meaning that even if you are soon in the dlc it's scaled back a lot just coz you are able to get there so soon. When you get to some easy early area in the game like near the end it will be a lot harder even if it had the same enemies. I hope this comment helpes you understand how it works

But i Think the fog gate randomizer has a buggy interaction with enemy randomizer. The fog gate randomizer scales a late game enemy down for his early ringed city adventure but because of the enemy randomizer it scales down early game enemy's the same like the late game enemy's in that area

so i did some testing, watched his video and at least for the deacon he kills in lothric near the starts, its damage is the same as the ones in the cathedral. so it seems they are just enemies directly pulled from areas and the mod doesn't scale their health.

I don't get Squilla's confusion with the mobs here. If Ancient Wyrm was a dog and you found Midir and Yhorm just chilling out in the open in Scorched Lake where no special or boss enemies are, why would you try to connect every boss' appearance with another boss? Is it more likely that Crystal Sage got replaced by Osceiros and weirdly teleported into the place where an enemy normally stands (and that enemy is nowhere to be seen), or that regular mobs can be swapped with bosses? I also don't think he learned that crystal lizards are the enemy meant to be there, turned into a lizard, therefore not having inherent drops, either. He keeps expecting items from them throughout.
