A fun trick to catch people out with is when you jump away with the L2 R2 unlock and point the stick away from them then lock on again, this means you jump towards them in the wind up so you're much closer then they would expect when you attack.

DDkiki Furolo how would you go about changing the movesets though? The only differing moveset I've seen that makes sense is Friede's Great Scythe. Variations don't really count. Like, how do you change the Ringed Knight SS? It's a sword, it slashes and stabs? The paired GS are entirely unique. Crucifix is unique moveset combo of halberd and great club. Ledo's is unique R2's. You have no base to your argument

Tyrus Dalet 1) i hate that dual weapon keep one-handed r1-r2, it should have been like BoM and Rakuyo imo 2) dunno, at least mix movesets of different types like on Crucifix of Mad King, at least its more interesting. i loved that DkS2 provided weapons with unusual movesets by adding moves from different class of changing move order. it provided some originality and combo variery. 3) for example i really thing Dragonslayer Greataxe's WA should have been its R2 and WA stance with bosses attacks. same as many base game weapons like farron GS its just boring to see any weapon have almost the same movesets. remember how dark sword have unique r2, would be better if from would just copypasted lotsa swords in dks3 with same movesets, but made few yet unique. sword can slah and stab, but there are different styles of stabbing and slashing, use enemies and bosses animations, thats why they called boss weapons or associated with enemy. why it uses same moveset as my starting longsword im using all game?

you didn't even use the amazing gap closer from the sword by using the weapon art flip, R2, unlocking the camera and turning around and then locking on again. (that way you "backstep" in the direction of the enemy resulting in a surprise gap closer) but other than that great video man!
