the knight in front of the elevator, with the big shield, also drops titanite chunk from time to time....also, the red knight on the altar when you enter Lothric Castle

I'm late but if you have ringed city dlc you can go to dreg heap bonfire and farm the harald

I'm even later.. but farm those heavy (red, blue, ..) knights before you kill the boss in the area. Afterwards they basically just drop large shards for me.

Dual Wield Greatsword Ringed Knight in front of Half Light boss room in Ringed City. Just take the elevator up from the bonfire, parry him, and shove his swords up his ass. Drops a ton of chunks. Works stupid fast. For early game, Slumbering Dragon, Hornet ring, Lloyd's Sword Ring, all the item discovery gear you got (You're going to want at least 100-200 discovery buff). Go to Lothric Castle bonfire. Run up and backstab the Lothric Knight. Finish him off. Run down the hallway and stab the other one. Repeat. Also good for Sunlight Medals. The douches that buff the Lothric Knights will rarely drop Blessed Gems. For additional Soul Farming, equip Silver Serpent, and kill everything in the hallway. Multi-task.

Farming the Ringed City Knight out front of the Church of Filianore is where I get chunks from. That knight can drop 4 chucks at a time if you're lucky. I usually get two chunks if it doesn't drop a rare armor piece.. but sometimes will drop four different items at once. With the Crystal Sage's Rapier in my offhand, The Symbol of Avarice as my helmet, The Covetous Gold Serpent Ring +3, AND a Rusted Coin.. Farming becomes a breeze. That being said.. You don't need the helmet if you have those other items.. Or maybe you are missing the Crystal Sages Rapier.. Not too much of a worry. All of those items boost your luck, witch boosts your farming chance that enemies drop more items. The Ringed City Knight in this location will usually always drop a chunk.. You don't really need the high drop rate for farming the chunk here.. But of course it doesn't hurt to get multiple chunks in a single run. Happy Farming!
