@@JohnDoe-ws4iu Parrying in DS3 is weirdly hard. I was a parry god in Ds1 and I never quite got it working well enough in DS3. The best way I can explain it is that you parry the arm not the weapon. There are great guides on youtube if you search for them. Also, not all enemies have parryable moves. And not all moves are parryable for those enemeis who have parryable moves. Its tricky. In general, if the enemy is humanoid and has a weapon you can get, it has at least one parryable move. I find that the best training is to find an enemy near a bonfire and just practice dying to them. Good luck!

@@arnoldkotlyarevsky383 Yeah, it was the same for me in DS1 as it's for you. The timing for parry in DS3, it's a bit off, for me. I experimented with different kind of shields but never really get the hang of the timing. That changed when I found the uchigatana. To me, the parry timing of katana is the same as medium shield in DS1, which I mainly use. I never parry with shields in DS3 ever since. Katana parry feels right at home.

@@Alex-kb4ve It's not. Because if he was hit, he would retry the entire fight anyway. If you are trying to perfect a boss, doesn't matter if you are at 1% or 100% of your health bar, any hit would make you retry.

@@miguelruiz3078 that was my reaction exactly; it’s very rare because even with the heaviest weaponry, it can leave you stunlocked & causes the Dragonslayer Armour to track you. I tell ya, that boss tracking you with his shield gets very annoying after a while.

That's because parrying sux in ds3. I'll parry for days in Bloodborne and DS1 but I can barely parry basic enemies in 3.

They can all be parried to a degree. Save for Soul of Cinder, Yhorm, and Dancer. It's just a matter of knowing which moves can and can't be parried.

If it just needs to consistently, there're already so many different channels about these gameplays and he's not the best anymore

I'm actually saying that anyone can achieve this with training, dedication and repetiton, not that's an easy feat. If I gave you a entire week to memorize boss patterns, you think you couldn't do it? I find it funny that the only moves of Dragon Slayer's you can parry are the two handed attacks, when the PvP quickly teaches you not to do that with big weapons
