this was actually the toughest fight yet for me and ongbal makes it look easy lmao

Nothing feels like Sword Saint Isshin, even after growing up playing the rest of the From Software library. i'ts aboss fight that lasts maybe, 5-7 minutes, but feels like a life age when you're in it. And the only way to pass it is through pure mastery of your combat techniques. Lord Isshin said it best... "Hesitation is Defeat" Also, Ongbal was my saving grace through my entire journey through the masterpiece that is Sekiro. I remember struggling through the game up till Genichiro on the castle top... and I felt like I couldn't do it. Took a couple weeks away from the game and found Ongbal in that time. Made me realize that I just had to persist and concentrate, and I would have the upper hand. I really hope FromSoft does another Sekiro type game. This is the best combat system I've ever felt in a video game before.

While it's a shame BMW didn't win GOTY but I'm sure that this game will be much more remembered than Astrobot in years to come. Heck, BMW has been full hype before it was even released and still exceeded expectations. Astrobot meanwhile captured journalists' hearts because they're the only ones who played them and what they can actually finish - it being a platformer.
