The Russian guy Game Doctor, once made a similar build, but he tried to choose the sickle to be more equal in size with a hammer, like on the statue of a worker and a peasant woman. I think he called that build Soviet or Russian Bear. He even edited the cape of Drake Blood Knight set, to have Soviet Flag on it. It was a fun build according to him and he was not intending to get a whole lot of wins in the arena with it, due to low effectiveness of these weapons. But surprisingly he was winning quite a bit in matches.
