Julia's version of Velstadt had some seriously spot-on stuff tho. The cloth mask over the front of the helmet and the halo of hands is *very* fitting to the Dark Souls style. In fact, if you took her design but gave him a sword and a tower shield instead, it'd make for an amazing mini-boss type enemy. "Veiled Crusader" perhaps.

Here's an idea for you. In "Bleach", every sword is also a spirit, with a unique name, ability and a physical form. For example, "Haineko" (Ash Cat), Zabimaru (Snake Tail) etc. So, you could, judging by the name and the ability, draw both their sword form and a manifested anthropomorphic form. I think that would be fun.

It'd be neat to do another Lovecraftian Drawing Challenge but instead of doing what they did last time, they each pick a story for one another to draw their own interpretations of. Like one could read the Dunwich Horror, one draws the Shadow Out of Time and they draw what they took from it.

Julia unknowingly drew a mixture between Velstadt and the Wardens of the crypt he resides in. And I think Velstadt may be one of the only sane people in Dark Souls (he's not hollow, and his place in the crypt is bestowed with a light not seen anywhere else in the crypt). He is just protecting Vendrick from Nashandra, the queen. He does seem to have slightly marinated in the Dark though, but not much else.

I know right? I've heard some people saying that the voice actor mispronounced it, but I think that's bull, (though not unheard of, because apparently the one voice actor mispronounced "Gough" It's meant to be the same as "Smough" but with a G instead of SM)

It's worth mentioning that the Abyss Watchers have been corrupted themselves, and that's why they are fighting each other. Every one of them sees his comrades (and player) as a threat from the abyss and keeps killing those. But as they are undead, they are technically immortal so they keep resurrecting and fighting each other again and again. One of the saddest stories from DS3

But honestly what a SICK bossfight. Like dam that flaming blade and the overall intensity of the fight. First Real DS3 bossfight.
