I apologise for the lack of game audio - I messed up while recording... I also decided to drop the TTS and try a style similar to Zullie the Witch, with just text and music. Also, there are a few mistakes in the video, but it would take too long to render again so I'll just point them out here: - The caption at 2:37 appears way too early - it's meant for the clip at 3:10. - You can see my window title bars in some clips, sorry about that!

I only played scholar edition but wow vanilla is so different and looks less punishing in Vanilla, its like scholar just added alot more enemies to be annoying ;-;. Amazing comparison like to see how different it is in other areas of the game!

@@irpanfauzi1160 This is my first time playing vanilla, I have no such thing as a vanilla bias… in fact, I personally like Scholar better. The purpose of these videos is just to state the facts and let people come to their own conclusions.

@CharlesGrimault not true. 6 enemies total added in schlar accross all areas. Dull ember earlier, reduced both health and damage. If youre arguing in favor of vanilla, just stop. Go watch domo3000 and quit replying to me

i like Domo3000 Explanation more he explain Detailed about the Enemy Position and how to tackle it down which is in Vanila you can get Gank by the Soldier,Varaghin and Monster but at Scholar its Dog,Soldier and Varaghin unles you carelessly run to Upstair you got ganked by Monster and Shadow soldier. Which is why are you run? when you can just heal with 99 Life gem The problem with this Video its not explain how the game tackle more enemy but just pointed there is more enemy and Player Rush the area like they play DS 1 and 3 which is at DS 2 Enemy can Despawn and you are Rewarded if you take your time and unlike Vanila you can Skip the gank with The Short Cut to the Boat. @@irpanfauzi1160 Domo3000’s videos are awesome, and these are not trying to be what those are. The aim of this series is to purely show the differences, without any opinions or comments. Domo3000 does a great job of analysing and explaining, I’m just here to state the facts.

@swlchl ohh my apologize, i think its just a fact that DS 2 need patient every gank there usually to teach a lesson and use item like alluring Skull or Fire based weapon to blow up barrel, i think i need to go ofline before i try see video and overthinking about it

@@irpanfauzi1160That’s true, and I really like DS2 for its different approach to things… as for the rushing past stuff and DS1/3 playstyle, this is only my second playthrough of DS2, while I’ve played through DS1 6 times (one of which was SL1) and the only other souls game I’ve done multiple playthroughs of so far is Sekiro, so naturally I’m more used to the faster rushed style. I promise I’ll get better, I know it can hurt to watch sometimes…

DS2 originally released on PS3 so you should review that version of Scholar. Not some flashy update upgrade anniversary ps4/pc release bs versions with changes. Scholar is great bro. Thats where your complaints at ?

@HoppaNewa-s4p Please stop spamming. Also, everybody else watching knows that the point of this series is to compare PC vanilla to PC Scholar… And I never said Scholar is bad, in fact I prefer it.

Lmao Scholar only changes the PC and PS4 versions. On PS3 the Scholar is the same as vanila, no changes, just added dlc areas (due to ps3 limits) So this video is: 1) not complete 2) pointless for ones who beat the game on ps3 3) is just your subjective opinion and not a fact.

@HoppaNewa-s4p …I’m pretty sure you’re trolling, but in case you’re not, this comparison only compares the PC versions because that’s the only platform where you can buy both… Also, what subjective opinions? I’m just pointing out the differences between the two.
