Stealing a golf cart. Some people! Glad you recovered it quickly. I always had it on my list to watch Orphan Black, but I never did get around to watching it.

Well, it was more liked borrowed, but with no idea when it would be returned. While I’m liking the new Orphan Black series, I would strongly recommend the original to anyone who likes original, modern sci fi, with a heavily female cast. It was a fantastic show, and one where the pilot really can be determinative as to whether or not you like the show. You can tell a lot from just one.

I've only listened to the Redd Kross album once but I thought it was fantastic. I feel like I could hear every decade from the 60's through to the 90's in it and it all works together. I missed seeing The Who or any solo performances from that group which is a shame, can't believe he played Tattoo! that and Substitute are two of my favorite Who tracks.

He played Substitute as well!

That sucks that you couldn't find that Buffalo Tom on CD. Did you try buying the digital album from their website or Bandcamp? I've been buying some digital albums because they're so cheap. That's a great deal on that Laura Jane Grace album. Good stuff.

Actually, because I have Prime, I was allowed to use Amazon music. It gave me a download of the album for some reason. 🤷🏻♂️ So, I guess I have it now. Forgot about looking on bandcamp.

Its funny about your walk to the park stage. I live 2 blocks from a park that has an annual festival. But the music stage is at the opposite corner of the park and I always underestimate the time it takes me to walk over.

Daltrey doing Pete solo tunes is interesting. He seems to blame him for those bad early 80s Who albums, saying he stole all the good material for his solo records. Playlist idea is cool. I’ve thought about doing something similar. Didn’t realize you did that in the past.

Oddly, I really like The Who’s Face Dances record. So, I thought Roger’s criticism was invalid back then.
