3:59 you have already listened to a beautiful guitar solo; now you know the song is heading towards the end, and you expect the final chorus one last time, with the beautiful clean vocals, and... BOOM the ending turns into a fast tempo, perfect growls now fill everything along the incredible melody of the keyboards. This progression, the change of atmospheres inside a single track, this is one of the essence of Dark Tranquility. The sound of DT has evolved immensely, is now more mature, but this craftsmanship inside every song, the building of the feelings, is still there.

IMHO songs like this show what level metal has reached as a musical genre. An incredibly aesthetic video clip, which as a person who has been involved with photography and video for 23 years makes me "jealous", while about the music what can someone say... For the vocals, whether harsh or clean, for the band's playing exactly what the song needs, while in the guitar solo, we even hear jazz rock-fusion touches? Heavy, progressive, melodic. Almost perfection...
