The vampire princess danced with many suitors, but there was only one man she had her eyes on. The one and only Lestat. He wanted her as well. As she danced, he couldn't take his eyes off of her. She felt his piercing gaze and smirked as she beckoned him to dance with her. He made his way across the ballroom and to her side as he then placed one hand in her's and the other on her waist and she placed her left hand on his shoulder. They then proceed to waltz. Their eyes never leaving each other. A sudden urge longing deep inside them. Their lips drawing near and almost touching. Their faces only inches apart, getting closer and closer. Then their lips meet and there's a strange, unfamiliar feeling and sensation that makes them want more. The kiss deepens and suddenly it's as if only they exist and no one and nothing else matters.

A lone figure enters the room , lit only with a single candelabra on an ancient piano. A tapestry hung above, and the piercing light of the moon shines through the Gothic style windows , reveals a figure of a man . She comes to him and asks for a dance, dressed in black lace and and crimson skirts , she leans into him , and locks her gaze upon him. Her eyes are emerald green , her skin a dusky parchment. With her gaze she enchants him , he takes her hand , a chill of coolness to her touch , and begin to waltz . 1, 2, 3 , 1,2,3 swaying back and forth with the music. The figure at the piano is lost in his own world as he plays, and before long he does not notice the woman has whisked the man away . Into an adjoining room, she takes him to a balcony, “ Look upon the Stars my Lord, they are constant and glowing with memories of the past “ . Into the purple studded blackness of the sky , he sees distant memories of a forgotten past . Being married, his children, his family. He again looks into her eyes, and with tears of emotion and pain. “ My Lady , why have you brought me here ...? “ and she simply says “ I am in need of a Lord , and because you’re such a beautiful masterpiece of human nature , I chose you. “ ( This man has had enough pain and tragedy in his life, he’s willing to stay with her. ) with no other reason to live a life of tragic memories, he consents . “ Alistair , will you “ ? She whispers. He brings his mouth to hers and softly kisses her. “ Lady Talwyn , I will stay with you , “ as they look upon the night’s sky , they find a fair existence. She asks “ May I give you a gift? “ ( Half expecting a trinket , he agrees .) she whisks him back into the room , and there she gives him the best gift a person could ever have. “ again she kisses him , showering him with flattery, and she grazes his neck with her lovely fangs . “ Does eternal life enthrall you , my gift to you is a truly amazing thing “ ... he sees the glint of her fangs , and almost fears her , but he’s under her spell . “ Yes , I want to be with you “ . She makes her little cut , and drinks from him, he shakes with response, and he turns quickly. He now belongs to her . ( I took some from the book I am writing. )

Mr. Gundry, i have become a huge fan of your music in the past year. I am also a musician (guitarist, bassist) and one who loves to seek influence and inspiration from others whose music is not as widely known or played or considered commercial. What i get in an hour of listening to yours and a few others music i have found on the internet would take me a year to get from classic rock or modern radio. An abundance of inspiration that opens floodgates of ideas for instrumental classic acoustic guitar pieces. I follow the modes you play in. But i do not copy your notes. Peter I love all your work and I think you are very talented, the only suggestion I have is to not end your pieces by fading out the music. The beginning and ending of a song are the parts you'll remember the most, and by fading out your pieces, you're causing them to have weak endings which takes away from the epicness of the music. An example of a good ending could be to leave only one instrument playing, or to slow down the music to a final stop. Nontheless, I'm so happy I discovered your channel and am now addicted!

Sarah Sawan I won't disagree with you but this is supposed to be vampire inspired music, so that fading at the end gives it that "immortal/never-ending" feeling, just like a vampires immortality. That's how I see it. Great music by the way !!
