Remeber kids, this is how it starts, first it's harmless HTML with your friends and then hard PHP and life in prison.
@JackWse9 күн бұрын
And then.. it's getting out of prison and are totally fine, as clearly you were not assessed as proper slave material for the upcoming stock as soon as they can push that through without having to obfuscate it.. also.. somebody was able to get a lawyer up to the crossroads and work something out clearly.. and I wouldn't be surprised if this feller has done some late night legalese in Sumerian or Aramaic prior given his career.. and you know what.. you going to have to pay eventually, but you can get a really good deal these days if you know what you're doing, you want to be a Mick Jagger, not a Steve Jobs when you're making these life altering decisions.. But there's no free lunch, you got to put the work in, and maybe a few kids, but there's a there's a loophole for that one, like did you know that your first born isn't a one-time transaction?

3:45 I am not a kingpin of a drug organization (I guess that is what I would say if I were one, but I ain't) operating a dark web marketplace to sell drugs, but if I were to log in from public places to avoid being traced, I for sure would have some sort of fail safe for my laptop? My running pad has one which attaches to me, and if I get too far away, it disconnects. Jet skis have one. Can you not have some sort of device that will automatically shut down the computer as long as you are X amount of meters away from it? Forget the police, what if someone just steals it and runs away? It doesn't even need to be something physical that disconnects. It could be a background program that will shutdown the computer if you do not press f7 every 5 minutes or so. You just need a reminder every 4:30 minutes in a way that does not clearly signal "press f7, mr agent". I don't know. Have a button or a contact that will send a remote message to your computer and it will wipe it out or shut it down or something. Have I seen too many movies? Once again, I am not a kingpin, even if it looks like I have been overthinking this for a while.

There is a linux distro that you can run from a usb stick that does does not persist anything. Pull out the stick as soon as they come for you and all it's information will be deleted. I'm not into crime, so I don't remember the name of the distro. I think it's better than pressing f7 every five minutes.

@@moswanedev TailsOS. It is pretty interesting. If I recall correctly, it also routes all internet traffic through tor and comes with tools to erase metadata on files so you can send them without trace.
@JackDespero10 күн бұрын
@@moswanedev You say that it is better, but if that were a known tool, the agents would just prevent you from removing the usb while arresting you while distracted. I would say that a non standard tool is much more effective, as there is no protocol to deal with it. Pressing f7 every 5 minutes might be annoying, but if I am committing crimes that can lead me to life in prison like this guy, "being annoyed" is the least of my concerns. I bet you can even set up traps, just in case the agents try to press some random keys, for example, if you press any other f key, the laptop shuts down automatically. Or just carry some sort of dead man switch connected to your computer somehow. If you release it, the computer shuts down. I don't know how the arrest was, but to me it was probably something like call him and when he looks, tackle him from the other side and get the computer. He probably did not have any time to remove the USB, but he would have time to release whatever switch he was holding. To me the key is that it has to interact with the laptop once the guy is already arrested, because you cannot rely on having spiderman reflexes to do something before you are being tackled.
