Well done for the fox hunting message, totally agree. This place have off a real eerie feeling. I really like your videos with Sam and Jess, they come across as real authentic. I would say though that although you don't disrespect the spirits like some investigators do, you also don't show them respect by introducing yourself at the beginning. You could try that and see if you get different results.

My aunt is a nurse and when I was a little kid she brought me a puzzle like the one you couldn't figure out. It was from a drug rep during a sales pitch to her and the doctor. They get a lot of freebies such as catered lunches and little odds and ends that have the drug name/logo on it. The puzzle was like a really simple rubiks cube with the name of the drug, a calendar and/or picture on it. I'm not sure if that was one of them but it looked like one. As for the door slamming, I've lived in a lot of old houses growing up and doors and windows can slam shut by a small gust of wind or the house settling. I hope this helps. I'm picking the tapes were prob taped from his patients and experiments on his patients .. since there was alot of them they used mainly tapes and writing stuff down manually those days no computers back in those days

You can have plain dark chocolate for depression it's got some kind off chemical in it that lifts your mood. 💖the tapes was for when the doctors was talking to patients on a one to one so all the session was recorded .

That box with the padding looks like it would be a carrying case for one of those old style top hats men would wear back in the day! The top hats with the wide bottom brim, seemed like that shape and the top seemed like that’s where the brim would have sat, like you’d place the top hat into the box upside down to make sure it wouldn’t get dented or messed up in travel. One thing I have noticed is that the vibe is different with just you 3! Love the input and observant behavior of Sam and Jess, they’re also insanely kind and genuine. They truly do add to the vibe of the videos they’re in and are believers so it’s nice to see people that take it seriously! Stay safe mate and I’m sorry about the footage, but just know you’re about to get some even crazier footage on the trip you guys are on currently!

That radio was spooky. Was it an old valve radio, when you'd turn them on it took at least ten minutes to warm up, if it was a valve radio, maybe one of the former investigators turned it on not realising it had to warm up. Back in 1974 we had one at work, just before I'd clock out I'd turn it on and put the volume up full, then I'd clock out, I could here the damn thing blaring out at the bus stop across the road .. 🤣 ..

That place has an eerie bad vibe. I remember my first TV as a young girl was a 13" black and white TV and I thought that was the coolest thing ever. That place is creepy but very fantastic. So many amazing articles and items left that you never see. I doubt we'd ever come across something like in the U.S. Especially Vermont where I live. Really great video, Karl. The leather box at 4:36 is an old Top Hat box for storing one's Top Hat to keep it dust and rodent free. Often moths also attacked such things so the box helped preserve the hats for long storage ... or short. I have found a few here but that one still has the padding.
