Flagellant kept my entire party alive in the Resentment boss fight. I think he’s my favourite healer in DD2 because his healing is only restricted by his health pool and cooldown. Feels amazing to sacrifice his health to heal his party members then Septic or More. MORE! to heal back up.

Just reached Resentment yesterday and died to it, cause I had Blight team and couldn't deal enough damage to lungs. But anyway boss lost half of HP cause of blight xd And I was so unlucky, that Demian died with 83% Death Resist, and fucking Leper died on 20% with 4 Resolute in a row!

Too much bloodwashing will wear the body overtime, added that his zealotry and force of will makes him defy death can explain why he looks... Unhealthy compared to his DD1 counterpart. His blood became septic, hence his blight influence in DD2. He's not dead or undead, otherwise, why would death seek for him specifically?

I'm enjoying Darkest 2 and it's come a long way. The only thing that I really dislike is the affinity system that causes your heroes to hate each other, this mini game is I think unnecessarily, there is enough stress created from enemies.

Stress is much less menacing in DD2, you can safely get meltdowns and be okay

​@@Arrwmkr The way you made your sentence, this sounds like you're playing the affinity system during early access. Heals can be blocked due to relationships before. This isn't the case now. It can telegraph if someone disagrees. You'll lose a relationship pip but it won't block heals or other buffs.

Dear redhook i have this idea for the abomination i can't stop thinking about where he's a regular hero but when he transforms he death blows a hero of your choice to become a size 2 beast then back at the inn he becomes size 1 hero again so each region you could bust out the monster again for the cost of the newly replaced heros life Lots of the modding community want size 2 heros but they couldn't create one because they lacked the tools so if you implemented this you could have a whole mod page full of large beasts that transform at the cost of a life much like the meet your maker attack the heart could do from the first game i imagine it would have a similar hero selection for deathblow feature
