DARKEST ND FIlter for Mobile - Skyvik Signi 64 ND or Kase 4000 ND Filter?

Keep some logic in comparison.. ND64 and 4000 ND? both have different darkness.. is 4000 ND number of kase? ND64 is mostly used for panning in day time and long exposure during late evening

You have to change video ratio as 16:09 and also you have to improve video quality, there is max 480p that is disappointed 🙂💝
