Snoopy Concert was a Japanese-only release based on the "Peanuts" comic. It is better described as a collection of small scenarios for each character then one large game. An English fan translation has been released by Aeon Genesis.
This is a sampling of the soundtrack for this game - there are a lot of short tracks intended for cutscenes but I've tried to include some of the better tracks. The best way I could describe this soundtrack in one term would be "happy-go-lucky". It features many versions of the "Peanuts" theme song. (You know, the one song that everyone plays whenever there's a piano around.)
Hip Tanaka composed for many of Nintendo's old NES games (Duck Hunt, Metroid, Balloon Fight, Dr. Mario, Famicom Wars and many more). He's a very quirky composer, and also one of the best. You might even notice that this game uses a few of the same samples that EarthBound does - it was one of the only other games he composed for on the SNES. This soundtrack fits right into his style of composing.
Minako Hamano was also credited in Super Metroid.
The original composer of the Peanuts cartoon theme is Vince Guaraldi.
On "Rerun's Runaway Stroller!", I'm not sure if the volume is supposed to be that quiet or if it's a glitch.
