Here's all the music reference to past games in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. These are in no particular order. I may have missed a few, so let me know in the comments which ones are missing. Footage for these games were recorded on a Nintendo Switch at 1080p & 60fps.

I think this one is a bit of a stretch. It’s just four notes ascending chromatically… a lot of melodies can do this, as did the SMB1 ending theme. That doesn’t mean this one is directly referencing it. It doesn’t even make much sense contextually.

The left hand/lower note chord harmony of the "snow" theme is the same as the start of Mario Kart 64's Rainbow Road theme.

You forgot a couple more references (and maybe some more), the Hammer Bros theme, the ending theme (3:07) is the NSMB Wii victory theme, more specifically when you are given 3 mushrooms, and the other, in the final battle, there is the SM64 Bowser theme in some musical fragments [although I understand that you have not put that last one to avoid any spoiler of the final battle at the time]
