I also had that problem. I got all the way to the last level but couldn’t get past the first area. However I blazed through that level with no difficulty when I found out about upgrades! It’s not really our fault though because the game never actually tells you that you have them other than occasionally saying that you “leveled up” which I assumed automatically made me more powerful.

I love this game so much!!!! I literally sit down on my couch and just think about life and the game, and my memories everytime the second Rogue Shadow Theme plays. I also sing with it. I remember every line! I found every crystal, every hilt, all costumes, and I have passed it over and over. This game is the greatest for me.

another fun fact.the guy. who voiced starkiller also voiced the emperor. and he's a huge star wars fan .he even defended ROTJ on a video.and of course starkiller was modaled off him.and I believe he's voiced the emperor ever since.

Starkiller was the first character in any Star Wars movie or game that I actually understood their “pull to the dark side” so to speak. We’re told that Luke is tempted by the dark side, but there’s only a handful of times where we’re actually shown his dark impulses (cutting off cave-Vader’s head and going ape-sh*t on real Vader in return of the Jedi are the main ones that come to mind). Starkiller on the other hand was raised as a sith by Darth Vader for his whole life and brainwashed into thinking that what he’s doing is right. I feel like that is so much more interesting than just being “tempted by the dark side” or whatever.

One thing I like about the Ps2/Wii versions of this game was collecting the Lightsaber Hilts, I loved that aspect.

This game is one of my favorites on the Xbox system. This game is done better on the Playstation and the Xbox. This game and its sequal are my favorite games.

darklordjadow1.I was really invested in strollers journey.and by him sacrificing himself to save his friends was amazing.it really showed that he wasn't a one dimensional character.if he was he would have went to kill Vader instead.and kodas face right before starkiller dies before he goes into the ship.like he's upset it has to be this way.with the star wars theme.this games story is underrated. when you think about it the writers could've been lazy and make starkiller one dimensional.but they didn't do that.and by the end he chose the light side.he went through the same thing Luke went through in Jedi.with the emporer telling him to kill Vader and take his rightful place at his side.and Vader was like a father to him.it was great.I think I like starkiller just as much ad Luke.

The PSP version of Star Wars The Force Unleashed is considered to be the best version of the game. It has more content with it having more game modes and a lot of playable characters.

i played this version of the game first, and it was okay, it did add a few things if i recall, like a boss that's a Gungan that you have to kill, but now i play the PC version, its a bit better, but the one thing it has that this dosnt, is more costumes, and either way the darth vader level is still fun

To combat the nonexistent difficulty, remember that force users are the most overpowered beings in the galaxy. So it’d really require nerfing them down to people who occasionally force push and nothing else. It’s like trying to make a game about Superman, a guy so overpowered you have to nerf him to even come up with a sliver of difficulty.

Not sure if you knew this, but starkiller actually debuted in Soul Calibur 4 as a guest character to promote the force unleashed alongside darth vader and Yoda... And all three characters are broken in that game, Yoda especialy due to having a smaller hitbox than everyone else...

I have the second game on 360, if you show the wii ver could be interesting. I know how both the 360/wii ver of this game. There's also a PSP ver....which I believe uses the wii ver's story.

Starkiller's actual name is Galen Marek. Anyways, imo, I hated TFU's story. One of the few stories that I'm glad got decanonized from the EU (tho I still love the Expanded universe, despite its many flaws and that it's non canon any more, sadly.)

People act like this game is amazing just because you swing the wii mote to attack. Its not. If the different swings actually mattered like Jedi Outcast then yes. Also, blocking is automatically done which means the game almost plays itself. And dying means nothing. Why do people like this?? Also, analog lightsaber control is nothing new. It’s called Star Wars Obi-wan.

Apparently the wii version is completely different. The PS3 version is better. The game is actually pretty hard because they often throw you with a room filled with enemies, and you re-spawn at the beginning of the room, but the enemies come back and the boss will regain all of their health.

lol the wii got the psp port of this game....beated in 3 days. my arms hurted like hell after it but it was worth it. lightsaber controls on the psp were better here. and bosses were a bitch here because well you need to bash the right button on the right moment or well you fail hard. funfact the pc version goes beyond the point if you choose to kill darth vader where you go on wiht a darker story after becoming a cyborg. have not played that yet to be fair.
