"4 for 7 is just slightly worse than Warlocks spell." Yes, and vine is the exact same value as burst. In 90% of the cases, scaled down cheaper spells are much more efficient as most of the time you are not fighting inevitable, the only fight where 4 for 7 is not better than 6 for 13.

i dont know if i'd agree with this but it also doesnt really matter, this is more of a line of reasoning to consider how in line generate spells are valued compared to normal t3 blues, you'd still pick warlock 99/100 times because his sides are going to be more playable
