Very helpfull indeed. One year ago I was using vortex and wanted use clean animation along with other mods with animation that attend better to my tastes than the ones in clean animations. Now I'm starting to mod after a year, but with MO2. Thank you for this simple guide. Sorry if my english isn't that good

Great video! I've been using MO2 for years with Fallout 4 and I'm still learning things. Thanks ever so much for the tip about turning your overwrite folder into it's own mod, I had never even considered this. If you use Bodyslide, CBBE, and ANY armour mods this tip makes TONS of sense.🤔

Thank you for this video. I'm using MO2 for a while now - and I made some silly mistakes when I set it up for Skyrim and Fallout 4. Now I just got Fallout New Vegas and want to get the set-up right. I think one of my games is in the "mobile" version and the other one is in another version...Wish me luck - that I pick the right option for New Vegas!

Another excellent video. I’ve watched and read a lot on MO2 but I’m still unclear about the practical difference between the left and right panes. I guess when you sort your mods through LOOT you’re changing the plugins in the right pane. But the position you put mods in the left pane seems to be important as well. So what’s the difference?

Whenever I opened my mod organizer it doesnt register elder scrolls SE for me. When I go to browse for it and go to the folder its located it I cant see it it doesnt recognize it

Does priority change when you change it from the main part of MO2??? I mean, not from the plugins section in the right, but from the central part, where it writes the whole mod name

I just got this a few weeks ago... I can't drag mods in to either pane. There are also like lightning bolt icons on some mods that say overwritten, loose files overwrites and overwritten... is MO2 able to fix this? I got out my oblivion disks a few weeks ago.

@DarkPopulous Would you use create mod backup to create different mod lists for the same game? Example: you want a certain list of mods for standard fnv, a certain list for The frontier, and certain list for New California. Is this the best way to do it, or is there a better way?

You're better off using Profiles for that. Look at the drop down menu at the top where it says profile and make a new one!

I want to move my games from my C drive to another drive. Once I do that what do I have to for MOD 2 so I continue playing my mods on my game.

So when a mod is blacked out ,or the scripts are completely missing it's because they're unorganized because I've been having this problem with random stuff like countertops,clothing and guns being blacked out like shiny wet latex.

What do you mean by "blacked out?" Usually problems like what you're describing are down to either not having compatibility patches installed, or a mod is listed wrong in your load order and needs to be adjusted. Other cases, it's because the mod is flat out broken. As for missing scripts, either broken mod, needs a redownload or the script is being overwritten or erased by another mod.

Mod Organizer 2 should really need some system that suggests priorities for you, following all instructions which doesn't work, because of the multiple interactions between all mods. In the meantime, just fking uninstall it, it's super trash.

Mod Organizer 2 fking sucks, I mean if seperators move mods to other seperators and changes load order for no reason, and poor load order intergration, no way to really organize, you have to write specific numbers on the priorities like a fking idiot in order to get it right, just uninstalled everything because I was completely done with it after just two days, a complete waste of time.
