@@Nettori Gengar is also a speedster though, and less tanky than defenders & supporters. It'd be better pairing Darkrai with lane partners that can tank hits for it and proc it's passive early game/set up for it when it gets it's good moves at 6.

I played Darkrai on the PTS and 100% agree with Spragels that it feels more like an Attacker than a Speedster, so I hope it gets a good rework. Ideally some to changes would be: making its 1st move level 5, make it more mobile/speedy (possibly allow Nasty plot to store uses), and make the moves Dark Pulse and Shadow Claw activate faster.

At Master Rank, I'd expect Darkrai picks against opponent team comps with only 1 Defender/Supporter. It's unfortunate that with how draft mode is currently set up that the last person to pick has the lowest MMR, but still. You can Unite the Defender/Supporter into the void while the rest of your team takes the fight against the rest of their team. It's like a roundabout way of taking a target out of team fights similar to Slowbro's Unite move. Even better if Darkrai KOs them before rejoining the rest of the team.

Im also seeing they might have mislabled darkrai near the end, if he cant rip wild boss mons then he has no buisness in jungle in solo que. Alot of the times you end up soloing and trying to rip as fast as possible to be solid asset. Being a KO machine is fine and all but im already seeing way too many hard counters to darkrai if he goes into lane, again its hard to tell untill he releases and some weeks of play

Ok so what u do is. Run eject button -energy amp -focus band -sp atk specs When entering a team fight. Wait for opponents to use their moves, then teleport in, and either kidnap their stunload Or their backline attacker. If you are doing team fights with communication, then try to have like a hoopa with phantom force or Crustle or armorouge separate the opponents while you pick off the frail ones like deci or meow. When level 7. Try to take the opponents jungle but be sneaky. If there are more than one opponent, then run, but if there is only one, then kill them, take a farm or two, and skedaddle. As darkrai, it is your responsibility to disable the important opponents and let your team fight the now weaker team. Try to avoid pokemon like ceruledge when they have unite garchomps Any speedster wall like snorlax. Try to kill lots of wild pokemon and when a team fight comes up. Stack those nasty plots

Don't forget! Due to dark voids low cooldown,you can hit you opponent a second time to get the boosted! (Basically deals more damage than getting close to basic attack) Making you an actual ranged speedster.

I mean... You can shadow claw, (mark) then void, put to sleep, then pop out FAR to get away from counter atk, and finish combo with far away auto atk. Its actually sweet as a speedster. My problem is that I find it awfully op, seems like with void you can juke away from any potential harm.
