Checked rapidash's mainline stats and yeah it's 80 base special attack and 100 physical, guess they really did just not want us using the speed items

@abra_escaped Stats don't always matter. Remember that absol has really low speed stat in mainline. Also the movepool can dictate which type of damage it will do.

TiMi at their stupidest, giving Galarian Rapidash as an all rounder instead of a speedster would make the game's roster look terrible unlike the previous years. Also, they did this to Blaziken, Mimikyu, and Ceruledge being all rounders instead of speedsters. Blaziken has speed boost Mimikyu has shadow sneak Ceruledge has weak armor and Rapidahs has "dash" in its name.

Decidueye plays like a sniper assassin with the ghost move set. The league of legends version of assassin as "jump in, kill, jump out" leaves out a lot of what it means to assassinate really. You don't have to be a speedster to assassinate

At least someone noticed the damage, it has no damage and it's frail, this is just a fast running Sableye, Dodrio can run and make nice damage to get kills.

I'm still at the start of the video so maybe you say it later, but i see you running Agility with Dazzling, but i think you might want to play Agility with Fairy wind, and Dazzling with Smart strike, so that you have a way to get your speed boost in both moveset

For the unite, as long as your dash goes in the triangle, you get a new use. You don't need to walk into the zone to use it again

I'm thinking Resonant Guard at the very least It might want SpAcs depending on how well it scales with SpA It might want EXP Share depending on how the gauge acts with increased base movement speed It may even want Cookie if it scales of its own HP [like does the passive shield scale off Max HP?] It does feel like Amp could work on this mon though, Bell maybe not so much because it self sustains a decent bit already.

Wow. A pokemon based around building up speed to deal more damage which builds up more speed. Plus an auto-filling psychic gauge to get shield AND unstoppable (which builds up faster when you are moving more). Game design.

Hear me out. I'm going to run this with float stone, charging charm, and stack specs with x-speed. I'm going to see if the stacking offsets the fact that we're sacrificing sp. atk items on it for speed. Also going to figure out if I can do a green yellow emblem build. I already have a white yellow build specifically for Dodrio.

theres something called the PTS (Public Testing Server) where anyone who can connect when its up can play and try new releases items etc. i think theres a tutorial for connecting on one of the major discords or blog sites but prepare for ping
