it's been a while since i last posted anything animation related, since i've been a lot more interested in music making so this is a pretty nice change of pace imo haha, i also have some stuff in store that i want to share soon :D

You did this all by yourself?! Those frames, the plot, animation AAAAAAAAAAAAAA This oc's draw me into their story more and more with each mv. It's packed with much interesting info about their world and stories throughout the whole video in a such short period of time! Which is quite smoothly done. hi and thank you sm!! for starters i would recommend having a decent video editing program that runs well with your device! i personally use hitfilm since i edit my videos on my pc (windows), plus it's a free and very versatile editing program! everyone takes different approaches to planning and making an animated mv, but i personally just go with the flow and stick with whatever i find that look good/appealing! although i would recommend storyboarding your story out first before starting an mv in general, as that helps a lot with consistency and flow of your video. video filters can also make your video look super nice so i would also recommend looking into them (i use custom presets for my program but i think you can also do that for other editing programs, i'm not quite sure about this though). that's pretty much it otherwise! i wish you luck on your video making journey :D

@@best_of_ant usually most of my videos that contain copyrighted music aren’t monetized so i think that’s one way to put it? the setbacks of using copyrighted music in your video includes: -your video not being available in certain countries -you’re unable to monetize/make money off of your video -in most cases, artists will run ads on your video in exchange for you to use them in your video -certain copyrighted songs shouldn’t be used as they may be muted in your video (not all though! only some) you can definitely look into this more though! personally i don’t have an issue with them since i’m aware my vids won’t be monetized but definitely look more into it 👍

Hi carrot! I am really late commenting right now but i actually watched this when it came out! Anyways, this is an absolute masterpiece. I have no idea whats going on and i have some simple theories but i really love it! I find it somewhat terrifying especially the part where they hanged the girl :( it was horrific- and you really did a good job at capturing the feeling. The animation is so good and i have loved your artstyle for a while now too! I am really interested in what i see of this story and would like to see more on it! :D

You really showed how terrified it actually is to get hanged in an execution huh? What I usually see is people cutting that part and just showed the hanged part but you completely show the dying process! I especially like that detail when the the colour of the face became gradually duller(?)
