Im surprised to see the MK4 R32 control arms working in the MK3....I tried that on my MK3 along with the R32 Spindles and the wheels ended up about an inch too far forward in the wheel well. Probably a shit ton of caster though.

Reyt then, I see more times your most significative vids to be sure I did not miss anything before. With this oem injectors (I think pd150 ones) golf mk2 why did you use race cam? Didn't you make same 230hp with only 2260 turbo? In a specific site page you say you did not see any difference with race cam till 270hp. I'm so confused :))

I have 2006 Passat 1.9 TDI 105 bhp , what will be the approximate cost to increase the power to 230 bhp like in the Golf

Pd105s not cheap to get to that sort of power... Oem turbos only good for 150bhp so a hybrid turbo is in order... That'd take you to 170bhp then you run out of fuel... Bigger injectors then you're capped at about 200bhp because the factory rods are weak.... Better off just getting something with a pd130 engine in as they're much more capable than a pd105...

all the pd engines are same bar the turbos injectors and intercoolers and piping but you can swap them all of a 130 150 no problem I think the pd115 as lower compression aswell but that’s as far as my knowledge takes me but what you need for 230 is a 2260 bigger injectors and a decent front mout with piping

@@bradmarshall8363 BKC and BXE PD105 engines are not the same as ASZ, BLT, AWX PD130s. Common fact that the rods are thinner and weaker.
