Hey can u help me? Is there a consistent way to force merchants to restock? Apparently it takes 15 minutes if u just wait, but there must be a way to MAKE them restock ASAP. Is there a way to aim the pistol without having to move the camera around (i saw a video where someone was keeping the camera steady and only moving the aiming cursor or whatever that's called, and i cant figure out how they did it)?

How do you glitch like that? When I attempt to do teleport slash, my player automatically teleports to the ground.

It's New Game +. It means I played through the game once, got the equipment I wanted during that playthrough, and then finished the game to get a new file that starts with the level I ended and the equipment.
