It´s a glitch. It consists of pressing to sell and before confirmation, pressing L1 (LB) going to the purchase option, so you can buy the items in the store, even if you don't have enough money, The version I played is on the PC, both it and the Xbox360 version worked for me. I'm not sure about the rest, but I think it should work the same.

Okay I'm getting slightly annoyed but do I have to redo all of the side quests or can I skip the side quests just do the side quests that I needed

It depends. There are some sidequests that end with a boss. -"Spark of Life" - "The Maker Warrior" - "The Crucible" If it's okay for you to skip them. The other sidequests are collectibles. There's a list of sidequest timestamps in the comments.

It's a glitch. If you transition from the "Sell" tab to the "Buy" tab quickly and press confirm, you can buy the item even if you don't have enough money. This way you can buy all her items and sell them to herself, thus generating infinite money.

The page 35 that is in part 2, I could have gotten it much earlier, even in this part 1, I ended up forgetting about it and only went back in The Nook near the end of the game to get it.
