Chadcheater Midir is a powerful boss in Dark Souls 3DLC. Because it has many terrifying advantages, it is one of the phantom gods (T0 strength) in BvB. It has the following advantages: 1. The defense of all attributes is as high as 60%, except that the damage of the thrust attribute is a little lower. 2 High HP. 3 He has Super Armor. No toughness value. It will not fall down at all except that the head will accumulate enough damage to get down. 4 His attack can cause 999 toughness reduction. Most bosses almost lay down with one punch. 5 Skill damage is high, and it is a continuous attack. 6 He is tall, and most of the attacks of small characters often miss.

Friede was pretty close again despite awful rng in all phases. Gael perfectly utilized his cloak and lightning. And Aldrich just said to Midir "it's bowin' time" and shootin' his arrows all over the place.

@@chaossilvermoon she was right under him during AoE explosion in second phase and Midir hit her during heal in her second phase. Much worse run for her than in previous video.

Comparing him to Elden Ring Dragons I must say Midir holds up surprisingly well even though he is in the technologically less advanced game most likely since he is quite relentless for his size and his attacks deal enormous poise damage

Reasons why Chadcheater Midir's old rival Aldrich, Devourer of Gods can beat him: 1 Dark and magic attribute high defense 2 Holy Arrow skill damage is high. Holy Arrow is multiple damage. 3 When the enemy is close, it can teleport away from the enemy. The enemy is far away, and Aldrich has a high probability of being able to use the holy arrow. Midir can only breathe fire and laser. But Aldrich is not afraid of dark attribute lasers. 4 Not afraid of Midir's 999 toughness reduction! Aldrich didn't react at all after being hit! But others can only kneel for three seconds. 5 After watching many videos, it can be concluded that Aldrich lost because he was too close to Midir, and Midir could hit Aldrich hard with a single slap. Too much difference. Malenia can not only restore HP, but also instantly kill almost all bosses. Gael couldn't do it.

@@s8theninjawarrior916 lightning resistance that only works on lightning that doesn’t come from the player, so basically only nameless king and dragon slayer are inconvenienced by it. The “dark bomb” has bad tracking and unless you are yhorm or midir, 97% of those aren’t gonna hit and His crossbow doesn’t do much damage to anything else but the player if the bolts headshot you. Meanwhile malenias heal alone guarantees victory but that wasn’t enough so add in waterfowl and even if those two get bypassed (rarely if ever) you get instanuked by scarlet aonia which adds rot too. Both bosses are peak design and exhilarating to fight but only one of them isn’t a scarlet rotting predictable bore to watch.

Gael will only stagger for a second after being hit and then he can continue to fight! But others can only kneel for three seconds. 6 After watching the video many times, it can be concluded that Gael lost because he was too far away from Midir, and Midir could hit Gael hard with a fire-breathing and laser. In the end, Gael lost.

Really interesting! Great explanation too! I wonder how Darkeater Midir with handle the other bosses... Yhorm's HP and fire resistance could be a problem, and Aldrich's arrows are insanely powerful

Reasons why Chadcheater Midir's old rival Yhorm the Giant can beat him: 1 HP high 2 Fire Damage 100% Defense 3 Don't install the ability that the boss will kneel down if the accumulated damage is enough. Because a kneeling Yhorm takes triple the damage. 4 Yhorm the Giant kept hitting Midir on the head. Midir keeps breathing fire.

Abyss Watchers vs midir... It only makes sense in the context of their swords, knowing their boss weapon deals extra damage to anything classified as Abyssal, excluding Gael, because he is only Hollow in phase 2 and 3. strikes to the head deal double if not triple damage

It's quite wide here. You can see that some other authors even put Elden Beast in a small room to fight Sir Gideon Ofnir, The All-Knowing.
