FINALLY!!! Deathstars are put under the spotlight!! I freakin love this band and i hate how everyone's being so harsh towards them. They're not douches, if anything, you guys are the douches for being so rude! Idk if it's their appearance or their accents or whatever, but please, show some respect. They may not have the best guitar technique out there, but their sound is truly original. And the guitar's appearance is a personal preference thing. Don't slam it. you have yours, they have theirs.

There's nothing wrong with a couple of guys expressing their opinions on the looks of a guitar or their feelings towards them when others couldn't. People shouldn't be so upset and immature about this. It's not their fault that they are the most perfect and beautiful guitarists to promote such beautiful guitar like Darkstone. And as great musicians as they are, they deserved better. Good thinking Ibanez, as Cat would say :)

I think with this video if you have played electric guitar or currently, you'd get Cat & Nightmare giving their thoughts and experience with these guitars. Many good points are brought up and I know, from playing, something simple like body shape, good grip along with good tone and sound do make one heck of a difference while performing.

I like Deathstars but this interview bores me :P I rather see them play than talk blabla :P I've seen them live twice!! Freaking awesome!! The whole show just does it :p I wouldn't walk around like that for normal either :p but for their image and their shows it is a freaking must! They are telling what they think about the guitar or maybe they learn what they need to say from a paper. This two guys don't need to change your opinion about Ibanez. You need to play the guitar and decide by your self. I never play this guitar but how knows .. maybe I love it if I have the change to play it. Very interesting, although I'm a bass guitar fan mostly.. And to some who seem to require more "facts" from them, would you really like to listen them to list things that you can find by Google? I think it's way more interesting to hear what both of them think/feel. And as many have already pointed out; try to remember that English isn't their first language. Why don't you try to tell about guitars in Swedish, perhaps it isn't so easy for you either ;)

@LazarBlackfire i got it on christmas (thnx santa) my 7 string now is a dean vendetta 7 string, the 7 string is tuned to BEADGBE, so if you tune your 6 string to B or A or even G on a 7 string, it wont be too floppy plus youll have awsome clearity

@troyroyroy Dude, they're not emo. Nightmare's brother died not too long ago and he wrote a song about it, but that doesn't make them advocates of suicide or self-harm. They don't have a whole lot of guitar technique, but they're still a pretty awesome band if you listen to their stuff. I agree on the American Emo thing though. but that's a style that should've died away a long time ago.

The Ibanez guitars are in my opinion the best guitars in sound,durability and good looking,but if a guitar is cool enough to make you coffe,(¬¬)don't means it have a good sound.
