This speedrun actually looks quite fun (but also frustrating at the same time). I could try this as someone who has never speedrunned before, but has interest in it. I think I will in the summer (too busy with school now). Not to attempt any records, just to see how long it will take me. It seems like it doesn't have any glitches or advanced strats, it's mostly about knowing where the jumps are, how to travel between them and then about executing them perfectly.

Matto, holding handbrake while turning left or right in the air will spin you on one axis so you can recover the jumps where you are spun round

I don't know if this will help, but I believe if you hold the handbrake while airborne instead you tilting the car you rotate it. So he'll be able to adjust how he lands so he could maybe not have the edges of his car not hit things more easily.

I’m pretty sure you’ve already filmed everything but I have a suggestion: What if you use your speedometer to see how fast you should go for those trickier jumps? Ik analog speedometers aren’t always accurate in GTA, but they’re consistent with themselves, which is enough here
