Ngl I don't like the way this new series is edited. I was hoping the first episode was a test. I miss when all the footage was left in. This feels like a "what happened in the speed run" video and not a classic "chaos mod" video. Very sad. This would be an amazing new season if the editing wasn't completely different. Good to see I'm not the only one who has this issue too. Hopefully he goes back to the old style. Update; a good 25% of the comments, maybe more, are sharing this sentiment. Matto is diplomatic. I have already watched every season up to this point two or even three times over, and I don't mind continuing in the meantime, as it will be a while before I actually remember everything, and even then, idk. This is just really entertaining. It's weird. I would never play this mod, as honestly I don't even really like how GTA 5 plays as a game, for various reasons. But he's really got something here. Even the inclusion of cutscenes adds to this masterpiece of a content idea he has created. I just really hope he changes the direction of this new season so it can be like the good old days, but with new content 🥺. I decidedly do not have any hatred for this new season. I just feel like it could be even better than it is. Feel free to continue making episodes like this as well, as I'm sure there are a lot of people who like this exactly as is. @@potatosordfighter666 I think someone said it aptly in the 1st video a week or two ago. This ZChaos thing feels like an Acid Trip. A ton of visual alterations, but as you say as well, it lacks in actual interaction with Matt, and so I guess it's just different. I don't want to detract from other mod creators, but I feel like Pongo's Chaos was far more refined. Perhaps changing what effects exist, or Matt's input on the mod will make things better, or not. Idk.

If I had to give it a compliment I do like that there's some effects that allow Matt to combat the chaos like the PVZ one. It's nice to have that little dynamic where Matt can push back against the audience to help himself progress.
