Curt was so happy and smiling in his younger days. I can't even begin to understand what happened to him when he went to Hollywood. Now, he's all stuck up, uptight, doesn't smile, and when he does talk to the audience, he doesn't connect. He was so beautiful. I can't take my eyes off him when he was younger. Roland didn't smile alot back then, but he put in intense performances each and everytime. Nowadays, Roland talks to his audience, smiles, does silly faces. He's just great. Están en su mejor momento y eso se nota hasta en una simple pantalla. La música es vida.

What great sounding live version, couldn't sound better. One of the best songs of the 80"s. My late 80 year old dad loved this song.

The crowd and the band are absolutely loving it. Totally insync. All the carefree smiles. Much simpler times indeed.

I'm a 32 yr old and love most genres of music .. RocknRoll, RnB, Classical, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Fusion, Blues, but I have to say that Everybody Wants to Rule the World remains my favorite song of all time. I remember the song from my childhood and it has stuck with me ever since..

I was born in 1996, 11 years after this song came out but still feels nostalgic. There was something in the music that no matter you are of which generation you ought to get nostalgic and remember your good old days. They dont make songs like this anymore.

I grew up on Metal in the late 80’s early 90’s.. Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer. Never really got into pop. But this song to this day, invoked a special feeling in my soul and makes me smile. I remember hearing it for the first time in the movie Real Genius.

Recorded when microphones had cables and ears didn't have big pieces of plastic in them - and they still sounded great! If time machines were real, these are the times I would want to experience!

Tears for Fears at Massey Hall, Toronto, Canada - they did four nights at Massey Hall and did a live recording video - Songs from the Big Chair tour May 29 - June 1, 1985. Not surprised they did a video at that hall -- the audio and audience interaction made for an great performance.
