Those are pretty. I cleaned my glass gems with alcohol, once it dried I applied a layer of mod podge, then I placed a photo of my fiance and I. then covered back in mod podge. they dry within an hour. then I glued a magnet on back. I made 200 for my upcoming wedding as a keepsake for my guests

This is my first video of yours and I love it. What a great idea. Really inexpensive too. Just a thought but you could cut out a felt circle to glue on the back to finish it. It would cover up the paper clip and be smoother on your skin too. Dont ya just hate when its rough on your skin an snagging your clothes all up. LOL Im joking with ya but I think it would work okay, Im sure someone else has already told u this though not a brilliant idea or anything. Thanks for sharing this craft Im gonna try it have to get the stones.

If you haven't tried Modpoge yet, it would dry faster than the nail polish. Goes on milky like Elmers glue, but dries clear. As for those who made commens about being babyish for adult 50years, who cares ! You're making something cute & there are those of us who enjoy your video. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful day!

@darlene.michaud7 жыл бұрын
Split rings and jump rings are two totally different kinds of rings. Jump rings are a single band with a cut in them. You have to pull them apart a bit to hook them to something else. Split rings are more like a keychain where it's spirals and you need to split it to get it started.

Darlene does it work with other types of paper? I want to print out some pictures for it, would that work? What kind of paper should i print on to, regular paper or photo paper?
@MadHatta5557 жыл бұрын
Mel Christian The small of a project any type of paperwork should work, if you want to do anything much larger than what she's doing you have the possibility of buckling so you should use a thicker paper (like card stock).

Darlene, after one of your videos, you asked for ideas for future crafts. Here is an idea for a material to use, but I do not know what to do with the material. If you use an Oxo can opener to open a can, the top of the can and the rim lift off with no sharp edges. You get a metal circle with a frame. I think that the top has to be useful for a craft, but I do not know what craft. I am hoping that you will come up with something. Thanks in advance. All the best to you. Jane
