If set up right, could it count as a type 1/class a pumper under nfpa and iso?

Correct. Darley has designed these to check all the boxes needed to classify these as type 1 Class A pumpers in the eyes of NFPA and ISO.

That price includes operational familiarization from a Darley rep but does not include delivery. We can arrange delivery if needed. A single color paint is usually a few thousand dollars less.
