Wonderful! I hope my vicariously hanging out with y'all didn't cause any issues. I have been in and out of the hospital and nursing home rehab for months and needed this vacation. At least I didn't get seasick!

That fried fish looks so amazing! This really brought me back. When I was a kid I spent summers at my aunt's house on the East Coast. Her son-in-law was a lobsterman. We would go fishing all day out on his boat and sometimes he would pull in the traps before we went home. We had such a seafood feast...literally all the lobster, cod, haddock, and flounder you could eat! Plus some of the best memories of my life.

I'm reliving my childhood! When I was small, my parents lived in Nassau. My youngest years were spent, snorkeling, fishing, and hanging out on my Dad's boat. Simply reminiscent and jealous!

Wow! I have so enjoyed this vacation in the Bahamas….not at all what I expected! I love the beautiful empty beaches , expanses of turquoise water 💦 , and your guide that seems like a best friend. The cave was breathtaking, the animal sanctuary..a surprise, that fish super had my mouth watering!! I’m so glad you got to enjoy this wonderful time as a family….it will always be remembered ♥️

My daughter did tell me the Atlantic side water is a lot more choppy than the Carribean side. I haven't wanted to fly to the Bahamas with her with all the regulations etc. I told her I was watching ya'll's adventures. And I told her about the swings and Preacher's cave for the next time she goes to see her Dad in the Bahamas. Maybe one day I will go. Ya'll Stay Safe and Have a Blessed Weekend.

I loved going on this trip with you. I have never been to the Bahamas. It was great seeing you all catch so many different fishes. Jumping off the cliff of rocks was a challenge for me. My friend goes to Spanish Wells often. After seeing her pictures, it's become #1 on my bucket list. I'm sorry about feeling sea sick. I get that also. I learned a few tricks from a boating friend. Look out at the horizon instead of looking down. Also, ginger pills or chews help a lot. I take 2-3 before I get on a boat. Hope this helps.

Man, that was a great vacation! The fish looked so good! Yum 😋 I like the fact that there were so few people there. That made it very relaxing 😎. If I were younger, I would love to go there. I went to St Bart’s when I was in my 20’s and it was a very cool place to go. Not commercialized, but that was in the late 70’s. Don’t know about now. Stayed in a house on the beach too. That is the way to go! Glad you had a great time!

Have enjoyed every day of “our”vacation in the Bahamas! Travel agent Dee Jay did a fine job of booking! Recommend her choices! Had a wonderful adventure with the Arms family. So sorry some of my travel partners got seasick tho! A day of rain is better than a hurricane! I don’t care for fishing, but I actually enjoyed this fishing expedition!! The grouper catch made me sit up and take notice even tho the grouper was so tiny. I’m used to the BIG ones we swam with for many many years while scuba diving the reef in Cozumel! I'm a Oklahoma boy to and we have stayed on that exact island and chartered the exact same charter captain. He is hands down one of the best captains for an overall experience we have fished with. Captain Nick Stanzyk at Buds and Mary's for strictly fishing is great.
