I'm just some guy with no business and no security clearance but first, you need a digital sextant. The U-2 Dragon Lady's main camera has an 180-inch focal length lens. You can make a digital sextant out of the ratio between altitude of the aircraft and pixels in images taken by that lens. Train the software to use the sextant. That's the hard part.

My idea is to create a digital sextant that can use the information of the lens with which a photo was taken, the distance at which the photo was taken, and then the amount of pixels in the image to triangulate length and width of objects in the image.
