What she's been doing is by having him remove from Court is taken away his power without technically punishing him and now she's planning on having the case proceed by having cross-examinations taken separately for each witness. The minute he started making snarky comments to the coroner after her recounting what happened with the little boys autopsy in my opinion his case is pretty much shot in the water.

@@th-sd6ni there is literally another courtroom. You clearly have not paid attention to or even seen his prior removals to make such a blatantly false statement. Courthouses typically have numerous courtrooms. He was placed in a vacant courtroom reserved for this use. He has been in this courtroom several times to date, where he can hear and see the proceedings but can be muted when it is not his turn to speak. He has signs to hold should he desire to object and can then be unmuted to do so. This prevents the defendant from delaying the trial, toward which goal he has demonstrated his intent, intimidating witnesses, which most assuredly happened yesterday and generally displaying his profound narcissism and abusive nature for all present. The presiding judge has done him a favor by keeping his big mouth ostensibly shut/away from the jury to minimize self inflicted prejudice (aside from his insistence in wearing jail garb in lieu of a suit). This judge is far more accommodating than I am in my courtroom when dealing with obstinate, obstructionist, abusive defendants. My job is to manage the forum, ensure protection of the record, statutory and precedent compliance, judicial economy and efficiency; it is not to coddle controlling pro se defendants seeking to control the court from the defense table. He had been directed on how to use the headphones but refuses to wear them yet when it’s his time to respond he slowly acts like he doesn’t know how to use headphones, he reads aloud so they think he’s not paying attention right as they speak directly to him (even tho the mic has been on the whole time and he was silent before- he only speaks when he knows it’s expected of him to respond to their question yet in a way that makes you feel you should give him more time).
