Guys drafting in the top 5 is so overrated the browns,Jacksonville, lions who finally got good after being terrible forever,the raiders, like these teams always pick high and have nothing to show for it. TANKING IS OVERRATED

Go ahead and win. A pick in the 10's is not a death sentence. Mahomes, Aaron Donald and Micah Parsons were drafted in that range. And those rookie picks are cheaper to sign than a top 5 pick.

If you research your chance of getting HOF OL is top 5-10, Last 10 years...98% of QBs were 1st rounders...high 1st rounders, Generational DL is top 10..the Saints have proving that they can't evaluate talent so they need those no brainer picks...top 10...winning just for ego is going to hurt us

I could argue that if the team played real hard and failed to make the post season it demoralizing as much as tanking. Dont worry they wont go 8-9 or 9-8 not even 7-10...this team will be 6-11. This team doesnt have enough depth at key positions. We are only 1 injury away from 4-13. On top of that olayers playing with imjuries like broken ribs says alot about the depth at RB. If Kamara gets finished off 4-13 hes just one player, if demario davis gets hurt, any of the sadetys ..this team is paper thin on talet specially healthy talent. Failure to secure talent in the draft by giving up pucks to move up. Is a way to cover up there incompetance at drafting. How many 3rd 4th and 5th rounders have we promoted to starter. The benson paid media is good at hiding this. Jeff Ireland is a problem, mickey loomis, the scouting department and the ignorance of Gayle Benson. They should of kept dennis allen and retainer the first pick in the draft then fired him. that way the new head coach has and can draft his players the best he can get. this franchise is a fail on many levels.

Jeff Ireland a genius. Loomis the problem he started wanting to scout himself. When jeff was doing it we did things that was never done in history in the draft.
