Carr learned that the hard way in Week 4, when he threw a pass and watched it deflect off Matthew Judon's elbow for a pick-six, one of the more unlikely plays you'll ever see in pro football. Carr deserves credit for shaking off the adverse outcomes and leading a touchdown drive that saw him connect with four different targets for 35 yards before he hit Chris Olave for a 16-yard gain, setting up Alvin Kamara's go-ahead touchdown. However, the New Orleans defense couldn't get the stop it needed at the end, leading to a loss on a day the Saints likely wish they had back.

I’m going to say it again……… You don’t have to lean on the draft. You have the players. All the restructuring and worrying about draft picks is not the answer. The team can be a playoff team and contender by simply getting free agents and available veterans. Example Marquez Valdes was added and he immediately gave us a win. Veterans can perpetually keep you winning and get you to the playoffs and the fans will love it. The fans don’t want to sit around and wait for something that might happen. Getting and depending on rookies is most of the time maybes. Get immediate results with veterans

@@Daljitnyc DA got fired 4 games into Carr’s rookie season. That was not Carr’s fault. In Carr’s third season, he led the Raiders to a 12-3 record and was the top MVP candidate before breaking his leg. His coach and OC had a fallout and his OC was fired in that offseason. That was not Carr’s fault. The following year his head coach and OC was fired. That was not Carr’s fault. The NFL fired Gruden for harmless 10 year old mails. His #1 receiver got fired over the homicide accident. That was not Carr’s fault. The interim head coach was fired after the season. That was not Carr’s fault. In fact, Carr rallied the team to make the playoffs with an interim head coach and with Zay Jones as his #1 receiver winning his last four game. His next coach, the idiot McDaniels, was not fired until the following season after Carr left. In fact, looking back, I’m sure Davis now wishes he would have fired McDaniels earlier and kept Carr. In fact, if it wasn’t for the woke NFL Gruden and Carr would still be with the Raiders. So quit repeating what you are hearing from others. I corrected some young guys at work that were saying the same thing. Apparently memes about Carr getting his coaches fired are getting around on the internet and everyone is just laughing and repeating the lie like a bunch of sheeple. People have no clue.
