@@furhadnasserjah123 Bro he beat a CTE riddled old cowboy whom is a lightweight and Darren is a god damn middle weight, he's nowhere near being good in his divion or any divion for that matter. The dude has fought 10 times in the last 6 years, has lost 4 of his last 5 and that Gastelum decision was split, so techincally he could be on a 5 fight losing streak and should be released from the UFC. He will get released if he loses his next fight, i can guarantee you that, if you think this loser is gonna get a title shot you are delusional :) Darren's kickboxing is no where near as good as it should be to write off the mistakes he makes because of his garbage and poor grappling, he will never be a champ unless he learns how to grapple, and considering it's been 3 and a half years since he was exposed to be ultra weak at grappling by Woodley, the dude has improved 0% in 3 and a half years, he ain't taking this MMA stuff seriously at all, let him go back to kickboxing and muay thai.

Funny how Bisping recently said that Dustin might never get the belt but still holds out faith that Darren will, i'm sorry, but Darren will never touch the belt either unless his stand up is amazingly unique and dangerous (which it really isn't) or if he would be well rounded (which clearly he is not because all of his most embarrasing loses came by being man handled in grappling) Everyone like to put Bisping as an example of how they can win late, yes because Bisping got a little bit lucky by fighting a chinless Rockhold, but other than that, at least Bisping NEVER lost two in a row his entire career until his retirement bout, neither has Poirier his whole career, never lost two in a row. And here we have Darren, losing 4 out of his last 5 and ppl still believe he will be anything more than a journeyman is baffling to me. You will never see one dimensional champs anymore in the UFC in recent times, you are either very well rounded and got the belt, or your one dimension, be it striking or grappling, has to be on some godly level to write off the mistakes by not being good at both striking and grappling, and the only one who has been able to do that in recent memory is Israel, because his striking is just too good and grapplers can't do very much. If you look at every champs from all divisions, all of them are very well rounded, only Usman is more of a grappler but his stand up is getting better and better, and Israel is more of a striker but he still has decent takedown defense, Ngannou is also more of a striker, but the only reason he was able to win the belt from Stipe the 2nd time is because he learned wrestling defense and how to scramble. To enclose, Darren is currently too one dimensional to ever compete for the belt, unless he improves his grappling, he will remain where he is forever :P and i'm not trying to be mean, just realistic, darren isn't taking this seriously cause if he did, he would have improved his grappling from the moment he lost to Woodley, but considering he lost his last two because of his sub par grappling i don't think he's training grappling at all. P.S. Also funny how Darren has 10 matches in 6 years and managed to get one finish :P i really don't think he will ever get that belt based on his record and how he is progressing.
