It is. Super nice people, excellent food, incredible scenery. Yeah it's hot a lot, but that means you get to wear less clothes! (cheaper, easier, less clothing storage, etc.) And a quick cold water shower when you get home fixes you right up.

Yummy, yummy shrimp on my plate. I got 2 lbs @ store, on sale, fresh & large ones, & we made gumbo & boiled the rest & I had left overs the next day for lunch. Oh I was happy, happy, happy.... lol.... Then about a week ago I got 2 more lbs & I made shrimp scampi & boiled the rest & I was happy all over again. But those weren't on sale, but still worth it. Great video, now I need more shrimp, Chris from Missouri

Thanks Francis. Gaeng gati is a southern-style curry, some of the recipes call for coconut cream, some say coconut milk. I guess it depends on who is making it, but yes, it is usually quite creamy and smooth.
