I can totally see Gaten being Darren's younger self (mini Darren), what with his rich hair of curls and cherubic face. I also will not surprised if Darren were to have a slinky at his work station when holding an office job in real life. Was expecting the close-up of the electric guitar to pan upward and show that Gaten has grown up into Darren, jamming away at the guitar. After the gig, he would meet the Lost Woman. They shake hand, both revert to their child form (Gaten making another appearance), and then they walk away into the distance.... =)

All I can say is, prepare fully but do not over prepared. Over preparing actually makes me screw up and doubt myself in the end. Prepare until you can say, I totally got this! Keep telling them. Tell them they aren't listening to you and what you want. Tell them you are not your brother, you are your own person. Take time to figure out what you want, that's the important part. You can even tell your parents that you might not know what you want to do in life, but you know what you don't want. Even if you do go to uni, it's not so bad and you can go in undeclared. It all depends on how you make your experience. :) If you're at uni, you make your own decisions and if you know it's not for you, you can always drop out. Dropping out is not always a bad thing. c: Good luck! You got this!

Realize that your parents are pushing you to do your hardest and you will thank them in 5 years. You can almost seamlessly change majors at uni or be in exploratory to find what you want to do. I'm not sure the situation with your brother. If he is a slacker, they want you to be in a better place than him. If he is successful, they want you to reach for the stars. Their intentions are good, and having a degree opens up so many options for a career. Remember that they want the best for you, and have the wisdom and experience to back up decisions. I had to figure out things out on my own because my parents were too busy with my dad's cancer and I was able to find the direction I wanted to go in uni.

Ask your parents for an agreement to pay a percentile or half of your college tuition on behalf of them forcing you to go then. Also... Protip 1: College is to take what you've" learned" and advance it to get access to a high paying job. Protip 2: If you know EXACTLY what you want to do with your life and already learning it, don't go to college.
