Wow the crossing gates are Wishbone A-frame type crossing gates those are extremely rare what a cool treat to witness

I bet they are rare! Not many places you have a grade crossing with such a low ceiling!

@@NTxRE I imagine that's why DART chose those gates for that particular Crossing I see the low clearance of the ceiling of the convention center can you do a separate video of those pedestrian signal lights in the middle pedestrian crossing of the station that would be really cool to see them go to flashing red

There is one thing I like about Dart light rail it's the fact that all of their Crossings have reused and recycled mechanical Crossing Bells they make up almost every Crossing signal on their line I've only seen a few electric Bells it appears dark acquires mechanical Crossing bells that have been spit off from of the big railroads

TexasRailfan21 do they use WCH mechanical bells only or do they also use other mechanical bells like Safetran or WRRS?

Didn't they discontinue those electric busses?

They discontinued the D-Link service, which was what they used the busses for. I believe they're still in use now on one of the other routes that serves that station.
