Hello! I hope you can still read this message. I have mounted the dartboard on my wall, but the problem is that the wall is quite "hard" to drill into. So, when I try to put up the board, the height measurement is off by quite a bit. I thought I could buy this system and use it in order to adjust the height without having to drill another hole in the wall. Any suggestions? Do you think this could work? Great video by the way☺️

My door frame doesn’t allow me to even hang the hanger. Is there any way to modify the hanger so that I can use it?

You could possibly make your own hanger bracket, it's only 1 screw that screws down from the hanger bracket to the frame of the hanger so perhaps you could make one for any type of door frame I would think.

Where did you pick up the 3m pads you used please, i was going to purchase a unicorn on tour as ive had one before but i think this is a simpler setup.

👍🏼 hi there, sorry I've only just seen these messages. I got the pads off eBay, their double sided heavy duty pads, but obviously I left one side of the pads with the peel paper still on so it didn't stick to door or dartboard. Hope that helps 👍🏼

Is there a possible chance to set up the dartboard higher, so that a part of the dartboard sticks over the door mount? My door is lower than it should be (189cm)so I can’t set it up at the right height unless the board sticks over the mount. Thanks

Hi buddy. In theory you could pull the mount all the way forward so the board would slide up higher than it but then where the mount clamps over the top and comes down on the other side of the door,there would Aprox 15mm gap between the door and the clamp, but worth experimenting with a small block of wood between door and clamp to see if it works. Have you got an email where I could perhaps send you a couple of pics or something to explain what I mean with a short video or some pictures to make it more sense. I've not actually tried it myself, this way but in theory it should work.👍🏻

Hi again. So I've measured the door hanger and the maximum height of a door to hang it on is Aprox 207cm by the looks of it. The cross member that the darts board hangs on can be adjusted up & down a slider, which is held into position with 2 screws that you tighten up to lock it in place but the slots for the screws in the slider are only 10 cm long. My door is 196 & there is only 7cm's of the slider left for manoeuvring the cross member further down the slider unfortunately, so to get the bull at 173cm at the lowest slider setting, the hook of the holder would be at about 207/208 I'm afraid to say

Ah damn. That’s a pain. Thank you anyways!! I could probably drill the hole into the board a bit higher and that should fix the issue or?

@@legacyo16 the only problem with that is when it comes to rotating the board, it would mean putting a new hole each time, but in theory it would work, you just might need to put some wedges behind the other areas of the back of the board to make sure it sits level from top to bottom👍🏼

👍🏼 it was to start with but there is about an inch gap behind the hanger once it's up on the door, so I put sponge behind the feet positions & it's made it very quiet now👍🏼
