The reason why people in Hollywood would never use fans or even listen to them (with a few exceptions, like wth Sonic the Hedgehog ) Is simply because they've become too arrogant for that. i believe that even if certain people among them would be open to that idea there would always be others to veto such a move on grounds that those fans lack the necessary "experience". They just see it as also many other ideas as "too risky" these days. Reason why the filmindustry is in such a poor state right now.
