That figure is looking GREAT! I just recently started collecting Black Series figures; like Hoth Han Solo, Jar Jar Binks, and Kylo Ren, and I am pretty impressed with them! As a fan of the Original Trilogy I definitely be keeping my eyes open for this one!!!

This is my first Vader (also just got him recently from a restock) and he took center stage on top of the shelf, the amount of cape on him is a bit overwhelming, a cm or two less would made it feel less like a wedding dress, if this guy was walking around like in Toy Story the cape would constantly be dragging on the ground behind him... not how i remember it from the movie. It just makes it a tiny bit challenging posing him in a way where it doesn't look like it is bunching up too much, but once you got it right he looks amazing.

I really like the Black Series Vader. It has the right height and is the only one that looks like Dave Prowse wearing the costume. I have the ANH one and just couldn't get the cloak to drape right, however, I did have the Mafex one, so I put the cloak from that on instead. I also tucked the inner robe under the armour and added a chain so he's an ROTJ Vader. Facing off against the SHF Luke he looks just right. I even think the BS is better than any of the 1/6 ones out there.

When I was little, I couldn’t watch the final fight scene from Empire Strikes Back alone🤣. Darth Vader in the dark scared the absolute 💩 out of me.

I've seen the original star wars trilogy a bunch growing up i don't remember Darth Vader having a red lightsaber. I think even if you have one shelf you need certain characters that represents different scenes. From the originals to the prequels each stage of their lives as well.
